“In the early part of 2023 Sealy UK sought to find a new provider for the industrial cleaning contract on site in Aspatria.

We contacted Orian through their website and within 24 hours had received a response wishing to arrange a meeting with us to discuss our needs. A site visit was arranged, and a meeting held to discuss our needs. Following on from the meeting introductions were made to other members of the Orian team to discuss our needs further with a more informed view of what we really required.

Orian pointed out to us potentials for savings and an increased level of support. A very clear tender was provided to us covering all aspects of a potential contract with no surprises. During the tender process we had to make some adjustments ourselves and Orian were very adaptive to these. With the contract granted to Orian, we had to move the start date forwards unexpectedly and Orian stepped into the breech and mobilised the take over both swiftly and efficiently.

They made the change-over process for the existing staff seamless. They have provided existing staff with comprehensive training and onsite instruction which the team have found very useful, adding to this a level of support the staff had not previously had. Follow on meetings with Orian have allowed all sides to speak openly, us as the service user, the cleaning staff and Orian management team. Anything brought up receives an effective and prompt answer.

Our experience with Orian could be summed up as efficient, cost effective, reliable, and a pleasure to do business with. Working alongside an effective team such as Orian allows us to take care our business knowing we have one less thing to worry about.
