Litherland High School, Liverpool

We have provided catering services to Litherland High School in Sefton since September 2021 and the contract is going from strength to strength.

Orian introduced four new dining concepts into the School’s canteen and plan to work with the School’s pupils to devise a fifth of their choosing. Each concept has a clear identity and offers students a wide choice of different delicious, nutritionally balanced cuisines, whether it be Italian (pasta, paninis) from our ‘Mondos’ counter or traditional favourites from around the world at our World Kitchen servery. Brand new signage clearly communicates what’s on offer and we have worked closely with the School to ensure lunchtime options are incorporated on to digital noticeboards around the building keeping queuing times to a minimum. Orian also scheduled meetings with the School staff and student representatives to ensure feedback is shared and the service remains tailored to the preferences of the student body.

All meals are prepared on-site using fresh ingredients that are sourced locally from North West wholesale supplier Birchalls, based in Burnley.
