Case Study
The Village Surgery
South Liverpool Treatment Centre (Community Health Partnerships)
Since 2018, Orian have provided cleaning services in health centres, GP practices and hospital sites ran by Community Health Partnerships - an organisation wholly owned by the Department of Health. The contract, totalling 50 sites across Merseyside and Barnsley, requires staff to uphold the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in line with CQC requirements for NHS healthcare settings.
180 staff members transferred to Orian under TUPE, and in 2020 our teams adapted to new procedures and routines following the vigilant government guidelines released during the coronavirus outbreak. This new approach contributed significantly to stopping the spread to patients and other frontline staff battling the virus.
“We recently put in a request for a deep clean and I just wanted to say that the standards of the clean were brilliant! This set of cleaners are excellent, and extremely well supervised. I have personally thanked each of them!
We were absolutely delighted with the standard of cleaning that took place after the precautionary deep clean. The cleaning team and their supervisor have always been extremely good and we know we can always count on this team to do an amazing job, and keep the tenants of the South Liverpool Treatment Centre safe.”
