Welcoming Derek Cogdon as Head of Commercial and Contract Performance

Orian is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Cogdon as Head of Commercial and Contract Performance.

This appointment marks an important step in strengthening how we support, manage and deliver consistent performance across the business. Derek’s role will focus on enhancing governance, improving commercial oversight and supporting teams to deliver well-managed, high-performing commercial cleaning and food services contracts.

With a clear focus over the next 12 months on improving stability and consistency across all contracts and divisions, Derek will play a central role in aligning processes, strengthening accountability and embedding best practice across the organisation.

His approach is centred on collaboration and practical support, working closely with teams to build confidence in commercial decision-making and create a more structured, consistent approach to contract performance.
