Our People
The people who make Orian Solutions what it is
Orian Solutions is powered by the people who work in our schools, care settings and workplaces every day. Our teams include cleaners, cooks, chefs, supervisors and managers who all share one purpose: to support communities across the North of England with care and professionalism.
Many of our staff live in the same places they serve. This creates a strong, genuine connection with local communities across Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire and the North East, including Carlisle, Kendal, Penrith, Preston, Lancaster, Blackburn, Bradford, Durham and Newcastle.
Staff Pride
A team built on dedication and pride
Our people take pride in their work. Whether preparing meals for young children, supporting older residents in care homes or maintaining clean, safe classrooms, every member of our team understands the importance of their role.
We recognise and celebrate the impact our people have every day, and we continue to invest in their development, wellbeing and success.
